Bengali style potato and pumpkin sabzi

Take 1tbsp mustard oil in a kadai add 1tsp panch phoran. Fry for a minute or two till the panch phoran starts to change its colour.

Add 250 gms pumpkin cut into 1 inch pieces and 1 potato cut into 1 inch cubes.

Add 1 pinch haldi, salt and chilli flakes. Mix well. Cook on medium flame till pumpkin and potato are soft.
