Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  • 125 gMaida (all-purpose flour)
  • 2 tspmelted ghee
  • 1 tspbesan
  • 1/2packet Eno
  • as requiredWater
  • 1-2 pinchyellow colour
  • as requiredGhee for frying

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Sieve maida

  2. 2

    Add besan

  3. 3

    Add ghee

  4. 4

    Add water to make batter (flowing) add colour

  5. 5

    Then add Eno know batter is ready

  6. 6

    Take a pan heat ghee for frying

  7. 7

    Then the batter is poured to spiral or concentric circle in the hot ghee.they are fried until crisp and then immersed in sugar syrup
