First arrange all the ingredients and wash flatten rice two three times and strain the water.

Now add curd and pinch of baking soda in it and rest for 10 minutes knead it well just like soft chapatti dough.add semolina and 2 tsp of water to soak it again for 5 minutes

Again knead it well and take a lemon size ball flat it and press little and make whole with back of the ball pan make sure pan should be cleaned

Make all like you can say small vada shape and now grese the steamer with oil and put all vadas and steam it for 12-15 minutes or seems transparent.

Serve with coconut chutney and samber for little one they love to eat with sugar enjoy kids for this lovely beautiful soft steamed flatten rice vadas.

With 100 g of flatten rice you can get 14 steamed flatten rice vadas
