Ingredients

  • 2 cupmilk
  • 1/4 cupsalep or sahlab powder
  • Sahlab powder
  • 1 cupcoconut milk powder
  • 1/2 cupmilk powder
  • 1/2 cuprice flour
  • 1/2 cuppowder sugar
  • 3 tbsproasted white sesame seeds
  • 3 tbspcorn starch
  • 1/2 tspvanilla powder (I used essence)
  • Garnish
  • 2-3almonds
  • 2-3pistachio
  • 2-3raisins
  • 1/4 tspcinnamon powder
  • 1/4 tspdessicated coconut

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Sift all dry ingredients except sesame seeds. Dry roast the sesame seeds

    Boil milk in a pot and add the required quantity of the sahlab powder and stir till it thickens. Check the consistency as shown with a spoon.

    Serve hot with garnish of your own choice. I used cinnamon powder, chopped pistachios, almonds, raisins and dessicated coconut powder
