Really Healthy Apple Crumble
The most amazing, heart warming, easy to make, healthy apple crumble. A #tasteofautumn for sure. Just give it a try 😉

Add oats, four, cinnamon, salt and ginger in a mixing bowl. Add oil and agave syrup. Mix until it resembles wet sand. Set aside.

Skin and core the apples, cut in small cubes. Drizzle with the lemon juice and mix well. Add the blueberries, the starch, cinnamon, clove and nutmeg. Give it a good stir and set aside for 10-15 minutes. Preheat the oven over 170o C.

Add the fruit mixture in a baking tray, cover with the crumble mixture. Spread evenly. Bake for 50 minutes. Let it cook down a bit before you serve. Enjoy!
