In our daily menu, we make different types of pulao, but quinoa pulao is too nutritious tasty digestive healthy & different taste recipe.
Steps

Wash &soaked quinoa for half an hour. Take a pan & boil quinoa. Add some salt 1/2 teaspoon haldi & 1 teaspoon oil. Cover it for 15 to 20 min for cooking.

Take one more pan add oil roast jeera & sarso. Now first cook corn & matar (frozen matar). When cooked nicely add chopped garlic & ginger after 2 min adds carrot, bell pepper capsicum.

Roast for 2 min on high flame & add chopped tomatoes without seeds. Now add salt black pepper & fresh coriander leaves. All veges mixed together in salt & pepper.

Then add boiled quinoa, mix it properly. Add lemon juice. Stir it for 2 to 3 min & off the flame. Cover it with a lid & leave for some time. The pulao is ready. Serve it garam garm with green coriander chutney.
