Soft, yummy and healthy Egg fritters which is nutritious because of extremely low oil preparation and contains eggs.
Steps

Take bread slices

Cut into small small pieces

Crack eggs

Add milk and whisk well
- 5
Add salt, black pepper powder, garam masala and mix well

Add bread pieces, mix well and keep in rest for 10 minutes

Add chopped onion, green chilli (optional) and mix well

Batter is ready to get fried, batter consistency should not be too thick or liquid, it should be of moderate consistency, if it’s liquid then add few bread pieces.

Now take Appe pan, brush oil in each mould, drop batter with spoon 🥄, cover and cook / fry for 3-4 minutes under low flame

Flip other side and cook for 2-3 minutes, fritters are cooked well.

Egg Fritters are ready to serve.

Veggies like Carrot can be add for more nutrition.
