Aloo Paratha with Cheese

In a big thaal(vessel) mix the Flour, with Oil/Ghee,add Salt,haldi, Red chilli powder, Ajwain and little water to make dough thick and cover it with muslin cloth for few minutes

Boil potatoes and mash it,add all spices,( haldi, Red chilli powder, amchur powder, garam masala, chopped green chilies, chopped coriander leaves,mix it well

Heat Tawa/Nonstick Tawa,now make Paratha by stuffing Aloo mixture,make Paratha shapes,put in Tawa by adding Oil/Ghee, turn Paratha, till it's done, now make like this all Parathas,

Lastly grate Cheese over each Paratha, serve hot with green chutney,sauce ya Pickle,put little Butter over it, very yummy and tasty
