Ingredients

30 minutes
  • 1/2 literfull fat milk
  • 3 table spooncornflour
  • 5 table spoonsugar
  • 2 table spoonrose water
  • 4 table spoonpamagrate seeds
  • 2 table spoonchopped almonds
  • 2 table spoonpumpkin seeds
  • 1 tablespoonrooh afza
  • 3 table spoonmillion powder

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    In a pan add milk,sugar & cornflour liquid. Keep on the flame. Stir it occasionally with beater. Remember stir it fast otherwise cornflour changes in lumps.

    After a particular consistency of milk off the flame. Stir it some more time aftercool down. Add rose water in this milk also.

    Fill it in serving bowls & decorate it with chopped almonds, seeds & pamagrate seeds. For different taste in one bowl I used rooh afza.

    After decorate the bowls we can keep it in freeze for 1/2 hour. It will be set proper. Mahalabiya is ready for serve.

    I make it first time, but it is very tasty & delicious.
