Tanzanian Rice

What makes Tanzanian rice different is the generous use of cloves. They particularly flare up flavor in this simple rice dish. The cinammon as usual woody and sweet, the black pepper balances that with a pleasant mild bite. It's a beautiful blend with cummin, cardamon, garlic and onions.
