Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 cupcooked rice
  • 1 1/2 cupcooked dal
  • 1/2 cuppeas
  • 1chopped onion
  • 2chopped tomato
  • 2chopped green chillies
  • 1 tsp spn chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 1/2 tsp garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp salt, kashmiri red chilli powder
  • For tadka
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • 1 tsp cumin and mustard seeds
  • 2-3dry red chilli

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    Heat kadhai heat ghee put garlic paste add onion and saute it..
    Add peas and saute for 1 min

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes green chilli add masala and mix it now add daal then rice and mix it nicely add chopped coriander leaves

  3. 3

    For tadka heat tadka pan heat ghee add cumin and mustard seeds then dry red chili and pour on the khichdi
