Here’s a quick and easy way to transform leftover rice into a hearty breakfast. What are the odds that I had leftover rice and leftover orange pannacotta all at the same time 🤗. Here’s a quick and easy way to transform leftover rice into a hearty breakfast. What are the odds that I had leftover rice and leftover orange pannacotta all at the same time 🤗. Over high heat, boil rice and water until you achieve a porridge consistency

Turn heat down to medium and whisk your pannacotta into the porridge until it completely melts into the porridge and it looks creamy. Leave on the heat for a few more minutes while stirring just to ensure your pudding isn’t cold

No need for extra sugar as the pannacotta takes care of the sweetness in this dish

Serve into your favorite bowl and Enjoy!
