Ingredients

  • 4potatoes
  • 3/4 cupheavy cream (200 ml)
  • 5 slicesbacon
  • 1/2 bunchfresh parsley
  • To taste black pepper
  • 3 1/2 tablespoonsoil (50 ml)
  • 1 3/4 cupsshredded cheddar cheese (200 grams)
  • 7 tablespoonsbutter (100 grams)
  • as neededAluminum foil,

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and sanitize the vegetables.

    Cut a cross on each potato, then rub with oil, salt, and pepper.

    Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 50 minutes.

    Chop the bacon and fry until crispy.

    Finely chop the parsley.

    Remove the potatoes from the oven, scoop out some of the flesh, and mix it with a spoonful of butter, salt, and pepper.

    Mix the cream, bacon, and parsley, and serve on top of the potatoes.
