Add all the ingredients for making batter except water in a mixing bowl. Now add water slowly and while stirring make a semi thick batter

Mix the batter thoroughly and rest for 10 minutes.

Cut cottage cheese in cubes and sprinkle chaat masala.

Heat cooking oil in a wok. Dip paneer cubes in batter and then leave it in hot oil. Cook till golden brown colour and then flip the side and fry from other side also. Likewise make all the pakodas.

Serve hot with Tomato ketchup,
