Wash and sanitize the vegetables.

Cut a cross on each potato, then rub with oil, salt, and pepper.

Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 50 minutes.

Chop the bacon and fry until crispy.

Finely chop the parsley.

Remove the potatoes from the oven, scoop out some of the flesh, and mix it with a spoonful of butter, salt, and pepper.

Mix the cream, bacon, and parsley, and serve on top of the potatoes.
