Add all bread dough ingredients into a bowl and make a dough. Cover the dough by cling film and rest for 20 minutes.

Keep kneading the dough until you can get the windowpane.

Use cling film to cover the bowl and leave it in a warm place for the 1st proofing (60 minutes).

Flat the dough and add all the filling ingredients- maple syrup, grated cinnamon, coconut and pecans. Roll the dough up and seal the end.

Divide into 9 portions and place them on the baking tin with baking paper.

Do the final proofing. (60-70 minutes)

Bake in 170°C oven for 22-25 minutes. Brush some honey water (1 Tablespoon Honey + 0.5 Tablespoon warm water) on the surface of the rolls. When the rolls slightly colder, piping some icing and sprinkle dome coconut on the top. Enjoy! 😋
