Prepare the ingredients. Cut the sweet peppers in half and remove the seeds. Cut the glass noodles into short lengths and dice the soaked shiitake mushrooms into small pieces.

Crush the garlic finely. Add the minced pork and season with seasoning sauce, soy sauce, and ground white pepper.

Mix everything well, then add the shiitake mushrooms and glass noodles. Mix everything well again (this step can be done in a bowl).

Stuff the seasoned minced pork into the sweet peppers and bake for the first round at 375°F (190°C) for 5-6 minutes.

Take the sweet peppers out and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake for the second round at 375°F (190°C) for 15-18 minutes until the sweet peppers are cooked and the cheese is golden.

Fresh from the oven, the cheese will be stretchy and delicious. This dish looks elegant and is a favorite among kids. It has no spicy taste because it's made with sweet peppers.
