This curry is spicy,but moderation is added by mustard paste ..

Ingredients

30 mins
2 servings
  • 1/2Drumsticks cut into pieces,remove hard cover or skin
  • 1 cup_ Aloo cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cupBrinja same as aloo but keep it big chunks but cut it Into cubes only
  • to taste salt
  • Masala needed
  • 1Medium onion
  • 6/8 clovesGarlic
  • 1 inchGinger or bit more
  • 5-6Sukhi mirchi
  • 1Tomato
  • as neededMustard paste need:
  • 1 tbspMustard
  • 1 tspjeera sabut
  • Chaunk
  • as neededOil
  • 1Sukhi Mirchi
  • 1 tsppanch foron,

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    First boil the veggies to b just cooked,add tomato with veggies cut length wise,

  2. 2

    Then add oil for chaunk,add panch foron n sukhi Mirchi,add onion paste,fry till oil oozes out.....then add mustard paste just add water bit n keep stirring for say 2,3 mins...add water...

  3. 3

    Next add all veggies n water,cover lid...check salt after5 mins...it should be tari type....you can add wadi now...let it b over sum for 2 mins...

  4. 4

    Serve with hot rice...this recipe using satvik masala items I prepare to give arna Prasad to Lord Jagannath ji....n Lord Vishnu,Lord Jagannath ji being avatar of Vishnu
