Drumstick all over India,is a love,but all dishes relating to drumsticks aur so various,it's difficult to restrict to one specific curry style.
...thanks to such platforms where we discuss,one single ingredient prepared differenrly...each gives taste different so we need to b open to all regions n tastes aswell ...
This curry is spicy,but moderation is added by mustard paste ..

First boil the veggies to b just cooked,add tomato with veggies cut length wise,

Then add oil for chaunk,add panch foron n sukhi Mirchi,add onion paste,fry till oil oozes out.....then add mustard paste just add water bit n keep stirring for say 2,3 mins...add water...

Next add all veggies n water,cover lid...check salt after5 mins...it should be tari type....you can add wadi now...let it b over sum for 2 mins...
