Daliya upma is very healthy breakfast receipe.
Steps

Dry Roast daliya. Let it cool.take kadhai add oil mustard seeds, jeera, asafoitida, curry leaves, green chillis.

Then add onion and tomato. U can add any vegetables of your choice.saute it for a minute

Then add roasted daliya. Saute it with all other ingredients. Then add salt, sugar, lemon juice.

Lastly add hot water in daliya mixure let it be cooked. Cover with lid. Your healthy daliya is ready to serve.
