Start by cooking the chicken with salt, onion, and garlic.

Boil the tomatoes and tomatillos.

Boil the almonds to remove their skins.

Cut the onions into wedges and sauté them with the garlic.

Slice the plantains and fry them.

Toast the sesame seeds.

Cut the bolillo (or bread) into pieces and fry them.

Fry the raisins and peeled almonds.

Finally, toast the spices.

Once all the ingredients are ready, blend them together.

Fry the blended mixture, add chicken broth, then add olives, pickled chili peppers, and adjust with salt or sugar to taste.
