Steps

Wash poha in strainer and drain all the water and keep it aside. Then add haldi, sugar and salt.

Take a pan,add oil when heated add mustard seed,add peanut and saute it till they are crunchy and then add onion and saute it then add green chilli curry leaves and mix it properly
- 3
Add poha and add lemon juice and mix it well and garnish with fresh coriander and sev.Enjoy your breakfast with hot cup of tea
