This breakfast recipe is very nice and delicious which is loaded with flavours and protin packed with egg Bhurji. Everyone definitely like it.

Steps

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and chopped green chilli. After few second add chopped onion. Saute for two minutes.

When onion changes its colour then add chopped tomatoes and salt. When tomatoes are soft add turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilli powder and garam masala. Cook for two minutes.

Beat 5 eggs with salt. Then add to the onion mixture. Cook for another two minutes. Add chopped coriander leaves. Switch off the flame.

Knead a dough with all purpose flour, oil, salt and water. Rest it for 15 minutes.

Mix all the dry ingredients for peri peri powder. Then add mayonnaise in it. Mix well. Keep aside.

Make large balls from the dough. Take one ball roll it and make a large chapati. Put it on tawa. Fry the paratha with oil from both sides.

Heat one tsp of oil on a pan. Now spread two beaten eggs on pan. Put the paratha on egg mixture and press gently. Cook for one minute. Take it out from the pan.

Now apply 2 tbsp of peri peri mixture on the paratha. Place some egg bhurji or filling. Then fold it like half circle. Then fry the wrap with oil from both sides. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
