Steps

Cut water melon and take out all its fruit.
Than instead of throwing its chilkay, use them - 2
Take off green hard part and use white part cut in small chunks

Boil water and add these chunks in it and boil for few mins till transparent Take out in strainer. Don't over cook.

Make Sheer /syrup in water n cook when sugar dissolve add boiled chunks in it cook for few mins than take out.

Take 3 bowls and pour sheera in it than add food colours in it and stirr, add the chunks in it and keep them for 30 mins or till coloured well.

Take them out and dry completely. Safe in airtight jars in fridge. Use in cakes, zarda, burfi etc.
