70 gramsBoiled octopus (for sashimi)
1Cucumber
5Cherry tomatoes
1/2Red bell pepper
1/2Yellow bell pepper
[A] Mix the following ingredients very well
1 tspLemon juice
2 tspOlive oil
1/2 tspSalt
1 pinchCoarsely ground black pepper

Heat some oil in a frying pan and cook the red and yellow bell peppers over high heat until the skins are lightly charred. Cut them into 2 cm cubes.

Roughly chop the cucumber and octopus. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Mix with A ingredients, and it's done.
