Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 70 gramsBoiled octopus (for sashimi)
  2. 1Cucumber
  3. 5Cherry tomatoes
  4. 1/2Red bell pepper
  5. 1/2Yellow bell pepper
  6. [A] Mix the following ingredients very well
  7. 1 tspLemon juice
  8. 2 tspOlive oil
  9. 1/2 tspSalt
  10. 1 pinchCoarsely ground black pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Heat some oil in a frying pan and cook the red and yellow bell peppers over high heat until the skins are lightly charred. Cut them into 2 cm cubes.

    Roughly chop the cucumber and octopus. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Mix with A ingredients, and it's done.
