Simple Salty Fried Chicken

My husband loves fried chicken! My mother-in-law taught me this recipe.

I have never been good at making deep fried dishes, and used to have trouble cooking the meat through, but it's easy if you pierce it with a fork before you start!
It tastes saltier if you sprinkle on the salt and pepper separately, rather than together. Recipe by *papupo*
