Ingredients

40 minutes
Serves 4 servings
  1. 1 2/3 cupssour cream (about 400 grams)
  2. 7 ozbacon pieces (about 200 grams)
  3. 4eggs
  4. 1 1/3 cupsshredded Comté cheese (about 130 grams)
  5. 1 pinchground nutmeg
  6. 1pie crust

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

  2. 2

    Roll out the pie crust in a tart pan and prick the bottom with a fork.

  3. 3

    Prepare the filling by following the next steps.

    Cook the bacon pieces in a skillet until golden brown.

  5. 5

    In a large bowl, combine the sour cream with the cooked bacon and add the shredded Comté cheese.

  6. 6

    Bake for 40 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
