For beef yakhni (stock),take a muslin cloth, add all the ingredients which is mentioned above for beef yakhni stock. Make the knot of clothe.

Now, in a cooking pot, add water, onion, garlic cloves, spices bag (potlii),beef and cover this pot and cook for 50 mins.

After that strain the beef yakhni and set aside.

For beef pulao, in cooking pot, add cooking oil, whole cumin, onion, green chili, tamarind and cook until light brown.

Now add, tomato cook for 2 minutes then add boiled beef, yogurt, cumin powder, coriander powder and cook for a while.

Now add, soaked rice,yakhni, and cook for a while.

Now simmer for 10-15 mins.

Your tasty beef yakhni pulao jow ready to serve.
