Easy and Quick Corn Cheese Balls Recipe. A delicious starter recipe for parties or as a snack. To make this recipe, I used Amul Cheese Cubes. You can use 1/2 cup grated Mozzarella Cheese.

Firstly, boil the sweet corn. Drain and set aside to cool.

Next, steam the potatoes. Peel off the skin. Mash the potatoes and add it to a large mixing bowl. The mashed potatoes should be cool. To it, add the boiled corn and finely chopped green bell pepper.

Then add corn flour, grated cheese, black pepper powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, chaat masala and salt.

Mash and mix well and form it into a dough.

Wet your hands and shape into balls of desired size.

Now to make slurry, in a small bowl add refined flour and water and mix well.

For coating the corn cheese balls, first roll it in refined flour, then dip in slurry and then coat with breadcrumbs.

Continue the process until all the balls are coated and set aside.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan on medium flame. When the oil is hot, gently add the prepared corn cheese balls and fry until golden brown in color. Add few at a time. Do not over crowd the pan.

When done remove on kitchen towel to drain away the excess oil.

Delicious Corn Cheese Balls are ready to serve. Enjoy it hot with tomato ketchup or any sauce of your choice.
