Firstly peel the brown part of wet coconut. then cut into small pieces.

Add this to a mixer jar … grind it. Add little milk if only required.

Transfer this to a pan … cook it for 3-4 mins … keep on stirring.

Then add milk to it & cook on low flame. Stir occasionally.

Once it gets thicken add sugar, saffron & cardamom powder… cook till the sugar melts properly & mixture gets thicken.

Let it cool to room temperature. Make ladoos & enjoy.
