Chocolate Flavored Tofu Mousse
This is a variation of my Tofu No-Bake Cheesecake.
This mousse will harden a bit when you chill it. The water in the tofu will come out and settle on the top so please remove it before eating. This dish does not keep for long so please eat them on the same day or on the morning after.
This recipe uses the sesame to bring out the rich chocolate flavor. You will barely notice the tofu. Recipe by Miyakojika

Drain the tofu for around 20 minutes. This is "Pecchin's" method for "Simple Drained Tofu".

Mix the tofu, maple syrup, cocoa, white sesame paste and liquor together with a hand mixer (or in a food processor) until smooth.

You can use either silken or firm tofu (firm tofu will give a richer flavor) but firm tofu tends to go lumpy, so blend it well.

Transfer to a glass cup or container and sprinkle on your preferred toppings. Chill in the refrigerator and eat. I made the patterns in the photos with a fork....
