When I buy whole chickens, they come with giblets. I save them in the freezer and use them to make this soup. I also add leftover broth from chicken stew and the wings from yesterday.

In the pressure cooker, add the stew broth, water, spices, vegetables, and giblets.

Close the lid. Once the cooker starts to release steam, turn off the heat. Let the pressure release naturally, then open the lid and add the wings and any leftover vegetables from the stew.

Your soup is ready to serve.
