Today have prepared a very liked vegetable stock from the vegetable scrape. We use many vegetables for various preparations. The peeled skins of these vegetables is usually scrapped. These peeled skins contains good amount of vitamins, minerals and proteins. So today i have used these peeled skins to prepare vegetable stock.
Peeled skins of the vegetables washed in clean water and the liquid formed after boiling these peeled skins in warm water is the vegetable stock. From this stock we can prepare different type of soups, vegetables and drinks. When we visit a restaurant we like the taste very much and the same taste we can have at our home by using this vegetable stock. So let's see how this vegetable stock is prepared.
