Ingredients

15 minutes
1 serving
  • 55 gwhite chocolate
  • 1/4 tbspcornflour
  • 2 tbspCocoa Powder
  • 1 cupmilk + 2 tbsp milk
  • Scoopice cream for serving

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat the milk & chopped white chocolate in a saucepan.

  2. 2

    In a small bowl, combine 2 tbsp milk, cocoa powder, cornflour & ake a slurry. Add in this slurry to the saucepan & whisk continuously to avoid lump formation.

  3. 3

    Boil it once on low heat. Pour in a cup & serve with a scoop of ice cream!
