Ingredients

serves 4 servin
  • 1small cup pumpkin peel
  • 1 cupfresh coconut
  • 1 cuppeanuts
  • 4/5green chillies
  • 1 tsp white sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Steps

    Wash peels. now in pan add oil.once hot add pumpkin peel, peanuts, chillies cumin seeds.roast till peel becomes soft.

    Allow it to cool down.in mixer jar add all ingredients and blend. Chutney is ready.goes well with Chapati,dosa, rice, khichdi. Enjoy
