Beetroot chickpeas fry
Steps

Heat oil. Splutter mustard seeds, cumin seeds. Add dry red chilies and curry leaves.

Next add chopped onion and saute till brownish.
Next add beetroot. Mix.
After some time add salt and turmeric powder. Cover and cook till beetroot is soft yet crunchy. - 3
Next add the boiled chickpeas. Add red chili powder. Give a mix. Let it be on medium heat for sometime. Flip and mix at regular intervals.

Finally add garam masala. Mix and let it be in slow flame for a minute or two.
Next switch the flame off. - 5
It's ready!!
Serve hot with rice/ phulka.
