Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Wraps

I chose this as an appetizer at a Thai restaurant, and it was delicious. So I tried making something similar using ingredients that were easy to get a hold of.
It's so easy, but it looks quite elegant, so it's great to serve to guests!!
I made a Thousand Island dressing as the sauce, but you could use a sesame dressing or a sweet chili sauce instead ´ `
Don't be too generous with the filling, or the wraps will fall apart!!
When serving, just arrange the cut pieces so the seams are leaning against each other!! hehe. Recipe by Oshirichan

Steps
- 1
I used these flour tortillas. They were about 300 yen for a 5-pack at the supermarket. I used them without reheating them!!
- 2
The smoked salmon was about 300 yen for 100 grams. It's cheaper than salmon for sashimi, so it's one of my favorites to get.
- 3
I used this pack of cream cheese that has 8 individually wrapped portions! I used 3 of those portions. I snacked on a couple of leftover pieces (hehe).
- 4
Cut each piece of cream cheese into 3. I used cut up vegetables this time, but shredded cabbage would be fine.
- 5
Put some of the cut up vegetables on a tortilla. Add 3-4 pieces of cream cheese, and the smoked salmon too. Just use as much of each ingredient as you like!
- 6
Roll it up, and squeeze it firmly with the seam side down. Cut into 3 pieces and put on a plate, cut side up with the seam sides leaning against each other.
- 7
Combine the dressing ingredients and pour it nicely around the rolled tortilla pieces and it's done. Even though they're really easy, they look great and are delicious as well.
