South Indian powder chutney, yummy tasty and easy to make at 🏡

Heat a pan or kadai. Add oil and all ingredients except kashimiri red chilli powder, salt and turmeric powder.

Roast all the ingredients till light brown or color changes.

Now once roasted well add the remaining ingredients. Mix well.

Allow it to cool completely and then in a mixture/grinder grind till fine powder.
- 5
Strain the grounded powder. Again grind the remaining powder. Again strain it and finally fill it in an airtight container and use as and when required.
