Make your yakhni by putting all the whole condiments with meat, chili and garlic ginger paste. I cooked in pressure cooker for 20 mins. After 20 mins, when it cooked put potatoes and cook for 10 mins

Strain the Yakhni (stock) in big bowl or pot

Put the pot on the stove and pour oil. Heat it up and add thin onion slices to make it brown. Add chilies and bay leaves, then meat and potato fry it for a while and add curry leaves and mint leaves. Fry for 1 min.

Add coriander powder, cumin powder and white pepper powder with yogurt and mix it well. Pour Yakhni on the top and bring it to boil.

Put the soaked rice and cook under this stock. Once it dries, cover it for 10 mins and make the flame low.

Uncover and mix it well. Serve with raita and salad
