  2. 8eggs
  3. 1 cupsugar (about 200 grams)
  4. 1 teaspoonvanilla extract (about 5 ml)
  5. 2 cupsflour (about 240 grams)
  6. Three milks
  7. 2 cupsmilk (about 500 ml)
  8. 1 cansweetened condensed milk
  9. 1 canevaporated milk
  10. 1cinnamon stick
  11. For decoration
  12. 2 cupsvanilla-flavored bettercreme (about 500 ml)

    Separate egg whites and yolks.

    Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.

    Gradually add half of the sugar until well combined.

    Beat the yolks with the remaining sugar and vanilla until thick and ribbon-like.

    Gently fold the egg whites into the yolks.
