My mom used to make napa cabbage hot pots. I used Japanese leeks instead of napa cabbage here.

Steps

Add the ● marked ingredients into a food processor and process until fully combined.

Thinly slice the Japanese leeks diagonally.

Add ☆ marked ingredients in a hot pot and bring to a boil.
- 4
When boiling, shape the chicken mixture from Step 1 into small balls add to the pot.

When the balls start to float, add the Japanese leeks! Cover with a lid and cook until the leeks are very soft.

Enjoy with ponzu sauce. Add ra-yu (hot sesame oil) if you'd like.
