Use cheap pork instead of beef for a chinjao rosu dish.

Thinly slice the pork and green bell peppers. Marinate the pork with the ★ seasonings.

Heat oil (not listed) in a pan and stir-fry the green bell peppers. Transfer to a plate.

Add more oil to the pan and cook the marinated pork from Step 1.

When the pork is cooked, add the peppers and ♢ seasoning and toss to combine.
