Quick Simmered Shabu-Shabu Pork and Mizuna Greens
This is an everyday dish.

Chop the mizuna greens into 5 cm long lengths. Cut the root ends off the shimeji mushrooms. Cut the carrot into thin rectangular slices.

Combine the water and mentsuyu and bring to a boil.

Put in the vegetables from Step 1 and simmer.

Add the meat and cook it quickly while untangling the pieces. Turn off the heat, transfer the simmered ingredients to plates and serve with grated ginger. Mix the ginger in as you eat it.
