All-Purpose Fish Sauce

I made this fish sauce so that even those who don't like regular fish sauce can enjoy it. It's a strong flavored fish but you'll get used to it, it will become delicious, and you'll want to have some more. This sauce is perfect if eaten with fresh spring rolls or fruit salad.
You can substitute the lime juice, honey, and Tabasco for lemon juice, sugar, and doubanjiang, but the taste will be completely different, so please find a flavor that you enjoy. If you're not a fan of spicy foods, you can adjust the amount of Tabasco. This recipe is a bit spicy. Recipe by Heartful Kitchen Rei

All-Purpose Sauce All-Purpose Sauce
I hate having to remember recipes, so I just cook up a batch of this and have it on hand.I use this sauce in basically everything I cook. Feel free to add sugar, thin it out with water, etc. and you'll find there are so many things you can make with it. With this amount, you'll probably use it up pretty quickly, so there's no need to freeze it. Recipe by Team yokin cookpad.japan -

All-Purpose Scallion Sauce All-Purpose Scallion Sauce
This really is a sauce that goes well with anything. I use it with cold tofu, boiled pork or chicken, fish meuniere, karaage, salad, boiled tofu, and shabu shabu. You can increase the amount of Japanese leek and ginger if you want It also tastes good if you add some minced garlic. If you don't have any doubanjiang, you can use ra-yu instead! Since this contains leek, it doesn't keep for very long (2-3 days). So it's probably best if you make it when you need it. All-Purpose Sesame Sauce All-Purpose Sesame Sauce
Since last year, I've been measuring out well-received recipes that I used to make without measuring.I'm recording them here for myself and for my friends. If using store-bought men-tsuyu, refer to the dilutions mentioned in Steps 4 and 5. Otherwise, the taste will be different. Be sure to thoroughly squeeze out excess water from the vegetables before combining with the sesame sauce.I recommend combining the vegetables and sauce right before serving. All-Purpose Dengaku Miso Sauce All-Purpose Dengaku Miso Sauce
This is an all-purpose sauce that you can use for aubergine dengaku, Nagoya-style miso cutlets, oden hot pots or miso stewed udon noodles. Microwaving it gives it a shiny finish.Typically, the ingredients are slowly simmered in a small sauce pan over low heat until shiny. With this method, it will keep a long time, but it's easy to burn; microwaving is easier. Recipe by kebeibiko cookpad.japan -
All-Purpose Dengaku Miso Sauce All-Purpose Dengaku Miso Sauce
My hubby loves red miso dengaku sauce... but I don't like the taste of readymade ones because they seem too harsh to me.Since we both love sesame seeds, I've used this recipe forever.I think this type of recipe already exists out there, but since everyone here loves it so much I uploaded it.Make sure not to over-reduce the sauce in Step 2. If you do and the sauce becomes too concentrated, add 1 tablespoon of water at a time to thin it out. Recipe by *ai* cookpad.japan -

All-Purpose Teriyaki Sauce All-Purpose Teriyaki Sauce
I don't like teriyaki sauce that's too sweet or not sweet enough, so I experimented several times before reaching this flavor. To make teriyaki chicken:When pan-frying the chicken, start cooking it with the skin side down, and wipe out the fat that comes out from the frying pan with paper towels. This way the skin will be nice and crispy. The sauce will coat the chicken properly with residual heat, so add it to the pan after turning off the heat. For about 300 ml. Grilled chopped fish with Fish Sauce Grilled chopped fish with Fish Sauce
I'm not sure what the English word for this dish is, but in Vietnamese it's "Chả cá chiên nước mắm". Hope you guys enjoy the recipe I put up.Because this dish has fish sauce, it will be relatively salty, with a little bit of chili, to soften the above flavors, eating with cucumber is a very good choice./ Vì món này có nước mắm nên sẽ tương đối mặn, còn có thêm chút ớt, để làm dịu các vị trên, ăn kèm với dưa leo là một lựa chọn rất ổn.Note: Don't let the garlic get too yellow before you put the fish in, it will burn easily like me./Lưu ý: Đừng để tỏi vàng quá rồi mới cho cá vào, sẽ dễ bị cháy như me.
