Ingredients

30mim
  • 1 canchick peas
  • 1-5 clovesgarlic (to taste)
  • 2 tbsplime juice (or lemon)
  • 3-4 tbspolive oil
  • 1-2 tspsalt and pepper
  • 1-2 tbsptahini
  • 3 tbspice cold water
  • 1 tbspyoghurt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix tahini and olive oil with handheld mixer.

  2. 2

    Add all other ingredients except for water.

  3. 3

    Mix with hand held mixer for a few minutes until smooth enough for your taste.

  4. 4

    Add cold water and continue to mix.

  5. 5

    If too dry, add a little more yoghurt and water.

  6. 6

    Enjoy!
