  2. Onions
  3. 2 clovesgarlic
  4. 2tomatoes
  5. 1capsicum
  6. Dhania
  7. Msherekha(tenderiser made from dried and burnt banana peels)

Cooking Instructions

    Pick your omena clean and bring to boil using Msherekha

  2. 2

    Prepare your spices as the omena boils. crush your garlic, chop the rest

  3. 3

    Once the omena boils, wash in cold water and put in a pan to dry well.

    Add oil and cook the omena in the oil until it is well dried. Add your onions, cook until they turn to golden brown. Add your garlic cook well then add tomatoes and then the capsicum

    Once the spices are well cooked, add your dhania lastly as you serve.

    I enjoyed with a little vegetables and pilipili With ugali.
