Finely sliced the spring onions.

In a large mixing bowl, add mince pork, chopped prawns, spring onions, finely grated ginger and garlic and seasoning sauce.

Stir well to combine all ingredients until the fillings become sticky paste.

To fold the wontons:
Place filling in the center of each wrapper.
Fold one end of the wrapper over and moisten the bottom edge.
Crimp the top part of the wrapper to the moistened edges to seal. - 5
Preheat oil about 170ºC, deep fry the wontons until crispy and golden brown.

Drain oil and place into paper towel or cooling rack first.

Transfer the wontons to serving plate and serve with the condiments.
