1 tbsplight soy sauce
1 tbspdatk soy sauce
1 tspoyster sauce
2 piecesrock sugar
5 stalksspring onion

Boil beef fat for an hour.Make sure it is soft.

Then combine with all the ingredients then boil again.

Add more chilli if want to be spicy.
