Cooking Instructions

Clean the whole chicken leg with salt and rinse thoroughly.

Pierce and slightly slice the uncooked chicken whole leg with a fork before marinating as this will allow more of the Royal's Chilli Asam Paste to seep into the chicken and keep it moister.

Marinate the chicken with 3 tablespoons of Royal's Chilli Asam Paste (according to own preferences) for a minimum of 1 hour.

Bake in the oven for 20-25 mins at 165°c or until the chicken is cooked.
