Cooking Instructions

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, massage in sake and sugar, and let sit for 10 minutes.

Make the sweet vinegar sauce. Slice the onions, and cut the mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Add the ★ ingredients to a small pot and eat. Then add the vegetables.

Heat a large amount of oil in a frying pan. Cover the chicken in katakuriko and fry until crispy.

Heat the sweet vinegar sauce again, and add the katakuriko slurry for thickness. Place the chicken on a serving dish and top with the sauce, and it's complete.
